A lifelong Westchester resident and long-time North Castle resident, Joe previously served the Village of Port Chester in multiple leadership roles, including Trustee, Deputy Mayor, and Chair of the Planning Commission. He also served Westchester County as Deputy Director of the Office of Disaster and Emergency Services — experience that shaped his commitment to preparedness, coordination, and protecting families in times of crisis.

Joe pairs public-sector experience with deep private-sector management expertise. He is currently Director of Business Development at Judicial Title Insurance Agency, previously served as General Manager of Operations at Robison Oil Corporation, and earlier owned and operated his family’s home heating oil business, Rende Economy Fuel. Joe also served as Chair of the North Castle Democratic Committee and continues to be an active Democratic Election District Leader.

Community & Family

Joe has been a proud North Castle resident for more than 15 years. He and his significant other, the Honorable Linda S. Jamieson, Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, share a big family, including six children and ten grandchildren, and spend their free time with family, friends, and the community they’re proud to call home.

Joe grew up in Port Chester, where he ran the family business alongside his father — learning firsthand the value of hard work, fiscal discipline, and showing up for your neighbors. That foundation continues to guide his leadership today.

“I always viewed public service as a great calling. It was instilled in me by my dad. I always had a sense that you need to give back to your community, and what better way to do it than public service.”
