Keeping our community safe, our parks thriving, and our future bright. Serving Armonk, Banksville & North White Plains.

Since taking office, Joe has delivered on the fundamentals.

When a cherished community landmark — the North Castle Eagle — was vandalized, Joe reached out to local business leaders and, through their generosity and partnership, restored and re-erected the Eagle in record time at no cost to the Town. It was an early signal of what this administration is about: solving problems quickly through collaboration.
Supporting our police and first responders with the resources and training they need. Bringing county-level emergency management experience to keep our town prepared. That's why the North Castle PBA has endorsed Joe's re-election.
As Chief Fiscal Officer, maintaining sound financial planning and responsible budgets — protecting taxpayers while investing in essential services.
Got the new turf field over the finish line for athletes, schools, and youth leagues. Delivered a dedicated dog park for our four-legged residents.
Practical wins that save taxpayer money and improve everyday Town operations.
Working to renovate and modernize the town pool — a beloved summer gathering place for North Castle families for generations.
Leading Town Hall modernization and a proper highway department facility. Tackling aging infrastructure head-on to bring North Castle into the 21st century.
Moving forward critical water projects for current needs and long-term planning.
Joe Rende has served as North Castle Town Supervisor since January 2024, bringing a sharp focus on public safety, fiscal responsibility, and delivering real results. Growing up in Westchester, Joe ran his family's home heating oil business alongside his father — learning the value of hard work, fiscal discipline, and showing up for your neighbors.

Joe has been a proud North Castle resident for more than 15 years. Joe and his significant other, the Honorable Linda S. Jamieson, Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, share a big family, including six children and ten grandchildren, and spend their free time with family, friends, and the community they're proud to call home.
